Size guide
Made for your room?

This diameter (107 cm) is designed for 10 to 21 m²
Manufacturer sizing: blade diameter mapped to room surface, 2.4 to 3 m ceilings.
The story
Switched off, it reads as a plain round ceiling light, nothing more. Switched on, four blades open slowly and the air begins to move, 30 dB, barely a murmur. Copper motor, dimmable LED across three temperatures, remote in hand: the Boréal reshapes the room without announcing itself.

In motion
The Boréal 107
Design, silence and motion, as if you were there.
Summer and winter
Two seasons. One touch.
One button on the remote reverses the rotation. In summer it cools you. In winter it brings back down the warm air your heating leaves at the ceiling.
12 / 12
months of use, not just two
Reverse rotation at low speed: warm ceiling air flows back down along the walls.
- ·Heat stops pooling at 2.5 m and returns to sofa height
- ·An even room: the heating works less for the same comfort
- ·The rest of the time, blades retracted: a ceiling light, nothing more
One button on the remote, and the Boréal changes season.
Installation
Mounted in 30 minutes, like a ceiling light
Remove the old fixture
Switch off the power at the breaker and unhook your ceiling light: it leaves two wires at the ceiling.
Fix the bracket, connect
The bracket screws to the ceiling and the two wires connect to the supplied terminal, exactly like a light fixture.
Clip on, test, done
The fan clicks onto its bracket. Restore the power — the remote is already paired.
A screwdriver is all you need — no DIY skills required: anyone can install it, just like a standard ceiling light. Illustrated manual included.
The honest comparison
Three ways to cool down. Only one has charm.
| The Boréal 107 | Air conditioning | The pedestal fan | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consumption | 5 W, a light bulb | 2,500 W | 50 W |
| A whole summer | ≈ €2 | ≈ €180 | ≈ €15 |
| Noise | 30 dB, a whisper | 55 dB | 45 dB |
| In the room | Invisible, on the ceiling | Wall unit + façade block | Clutters the floor |
| In winter | Spreads the heating | Mandatory servicing | Stored in the basement |
The maths
What does your summer cost — ceiling fan or air conditioning?
Ceiling fan
€7
per summer (4 months)
Split air conditioner
€244
per summer (4 months)
€237 saved every summer
Estimate: ceiling fan ~30 W; split AC ~2,500 W peak, ~1,000 W average including compressor cycling. A ceiling fan lowers the felt temperature by 3-4 °C. See the detailed maths →
Your questions, answered
Is it really silent at night?+
Yes, 30 to 34 dB, quieter than a whisper (40 dB). On speeds 1 and 2, most of our customers simply don't hear it.
Are the blades really invisible when off?+
Yes. The 4 blades retract automatically into the body when stopped. Switched off, it looks like a clean round ceiling light, nobody guesses it's a fan.
Can I install it myself?+
Yes, if your ceiling has a standard electrical outlet (like a chandelier). Allow 30 minutes with the illustrated manual. Otherwise any electrician fits it in under an hour.
What if I change my mind?+
You have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right after delivery: contact us before shipping anything back, and the product must come back uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Plus a 2-year warranty with EU support replying within 24 h.
Is it useful in winter too?+
Yes. One button on the remote reverses the rotation: at low speed, the blades push back down the warm air your heating leaves at the ceiling. The room is more even and the heating works less. The rest of the time, blades retracted, it is a ceiling light again.
